Pentapeptide-18
A polypeptide consists of 5 amino acids: alanine, glycine, leucine, phenylalanine, and tyrosine. Reduces the depth of wrinkles on the face, especially in the eyes and on the forehead by increasing the production of collagen.
Works similarly to the more well-known peptide - Argireline. The result they get is similar, although the mechanism of action is different.
Pentapeptide -18 fights expression lines by modulating muscle contraction in presynaptic pathways, reducing expression lines.
REGEN PREMIUM -ARGIRELINE
Argireline® Peptide is a hexapeptide designed to mimic botulinum toxin.
The mechanism of action of neuromuscular blocking peptides is similar to the mechanism of botulinum toxin injections, but in a milder form: inhibition of the release of acetylcholine and a decrease in contractions of the internal muscles of the face.
The peptide destabilizes the SNARE complex, minimizing the fusion of neurotransmitter-laden vesicles with the neuron membrane. As a result, minimal neurotransmitters are released into the synapse and muscle contraction is reduced, creating an anti-wrinkle effect.
COMBINATION OF ARGIRELINE AND PENDAPEPTIDE 18  
Both peptides interfere with the process of muscle contraction at two different stages, so they work especially well in pairs.
An in vivo test (in humans) conducted by the manufacturer showed that after 28 days of application of pentapeptide-18: wrinkles were reduced by 11%, and after applying a mixture of 5% pentapeptide-18 and 5% argireline to the skin, mimic wrinkles became an average of 25% less (the maximum was 47%).
